It is located in a quiet area, 600 meters from the Graukogel lift and 150 meters from the ski bus. You can reach the center via the beautiful riding promenade in about 15 minutes. The Spar supermarket and the Felsentherme Bad Gastein are about 1.5 km away.

An ideal location for skiing in winter and hiking in summer.

If you want to try another ski area for skiing and snowboarding, a ski bus goes to the ski connections Stubnerkogel-Angertal-Schlossalm, Dorfgastein-Grossarl and the Hochalpine Sportgastein.

The apartment also offers you a balcony with a seat and a wonderful view of the Gasteiner Bergwelt and the Gasteintal.

Pets are not allowed.

Own garage for problem-free parking is also available and in the garage there is a ski rack for 6 skies.
