Holiday makers who enjoy their vacation with family or friends behind their ”own” four walls, will have this wish fulfilled in our apartments or holiday homes.It is our desire to create a comfortable atmosphere for our guests, to make them feel at home. Service and cleanliness are therefore our first priority!Utilize any of our large variety of centrally located apartments, holiday homes and studio apartments for your visit to Gastein! Our accommodations can be reserved for either a short term or a medium term stay.
The apartments are fully furnished with a kitchen, television with foreign language channels, bedding and hand towels – fulfilling all of our guest’s wishes. Renting one of our apartments for your vacation is excellent value for money, as some of them can take up to 5 or 6 people. In this way the overnight fees per person in relation to hotels and boarding houses is highly reduced.
The prices and package deals that you see on our website are independent of the amount of people staying in a room, it is for the entire apartment per night. The only additional fees that need to be paid are the guest taxes as well as the final cleaning fee. The guest tax is 2 Euros per person per day (children up to the age of 15 do not need to pay this tax.) The end cleaning fee is 35 Euros per apartment. The guest tax as well as the final cleaning fees are included in our package deals.

You pay no negotiation fees, all prices on our website are final. We offer you clean, value for money but also high quality accommodation, holiday apartments, private rooms and apartments that house between 1 to 8 people – all in various areas of Gastein.
