Surrounded by the unique mountain world of the High Tauern, situated on a hill in the village of Badbruck - Bad Gastein, is this exclusive and decorative country house (220m/2).

The outcome, a special holiday house in typical Austrian country style with the touch of the exclusive. Modern and antique furniture have been tastefully put together.

The maintenance of the original structure of the house; with its rustic beam covered ceilings and floors, which have been lovingly restored by the present owners, create an element of cosiness. The elegant and high-quality furnishings reflect the good taste of the owners: everything is simply done with love to detail, everything has been thought of.

From the ground floor you enter into the lobby and from there into a very elegant living room with beautiful fireplace (with window) and tile oven. Continue, into an elegant and fully equipped kitchen that leaves no wishes open.

The kitchen- dinning room is ideal for 6 - 8 people. On the ground floor, an appropriate dinning/bar room where the guests can elegantly dine or socialize. Further more, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer as well as a freezer etc...

A sauna and bathroom with a large tub is accessible from the ground floor. On the 1st and 2nd floor-2 very large bedrooms with double beds, as well as a 3rd bedroom with a single bed that can be easily made into a double with small bathroom and shower.

On the 1st floor there is a further bathroom with shower, as well as an extra WC. An extra TV room with Flat screen TV and Sat connection, a stylish desk with small library invites the guests to just relax. Relax, play and have fun is the motto of the attic.

The roof was lifted and a very tasteful area and rooms were created, that the owners use as a very large open "Lounge Room" with an original billiard table and other games such as chess etc., as well as a further TV set with DVD Player.

The "Lounge Room" represents the generosity of this "holiday house. In the attic, another 4th large bedroom with double bed and washbasin.
