The 135sqm chalet is divided in:
Upper floor:
1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower/bathtub and separate toilet), 1 bedroom with twin double bed and doors to the south facing balcony, 1 bedroom with twin single beds and doors to the south facing balcony, 1 large bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and infrared cabin
Lower floor:
1 bedroom with a bunkbed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, large open-plan lounge-dining area with sleeper-couch, Bang&Olufsen I-Pod-speaker, small washroom with washing machine and dryer, large hallway with good storage and hanging for shoes, coats. etc., doors opening to the terrace (24 m) and garden (151 m)
Please note that a surcharge for intermediate cleaning may apply.
The landlord takes also a security deposit in the amount of Euro 500, -. For sure, this deposit is refundable if the chalet is left in a clean and undamaged condition.
Included features & services
The prices are quoted for the whole apartment per night, including the first Initial fitting-out supply of bed linen and towels, excluding tourism levy and final cleaning.
The Tourism Levy is 2,70 Euro per person per day (Children aged 15 or younger do not have to pay Tourism Levy.
The Final Cleaning of the apartment costs 150,- Euros
