Welcome home!
Our holiday house is well arranged in a very beautiful and stylish way. Up to 6 persons can be hosted on about 140 m2. At the upper story 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will comfort you. In the basement you can find everything necessary for a comfortable day: a huge living room with an associated, exclusive equipped kitchen, the Franz-Josef room with a snugly sofa, a love seat and SAT-TV, a guest bathroom including a shower, “Skistall” (shed for your ski equipment), washing machine, dryer, iron station

A claim to fame: domicile Felix has its own spring which provides the complete house with fresh, clean, mineralized and healthy water! Delicious!

During winter skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing as well as exploring nature on foot will be the best opportunities to spend time on. During summer beautiful nature invites you to go hiking, biking or swimming in thermal baths or in the natural sea which is very close to our house!
If you planning trips, staying at domicile Felix is a good starting point. Venice (Italy) is only a three hour car ride away, to get to the Wörthersee and its famous castle it will last only 1 hour. Salzburg is the place to be if you like arts and festivals. With its huge variety on sights, shopping malls, designer boutiques and first class restaurants it is definitely worth a trip. Distance: 80km.

But once you arrived in our beautiful Kötschach-valley you hardly see reasons for leaving again – we promise! Sitting outside, remembering your exciting day, having a glass of wine (in Austria you say “Glaserl”), seeing our wonderful nature… you will see, what we mean.

In summer you can make wonderful walking tours that start right outside the front door. Or do golf, or horseback riding, or maybe nothing at all ... and enjoy the spacious sunny balcony overlooking the mountains. Children can explore the original nature with all its big and small miracles and play out wonderfully. For rainy days there are in-house videos and toys and good books for children and adults.

Domicile Felix is located in the heart of the Kötschach valley at an altitude of 1100m. The village center of Bad Gastein is only 6km away. With its area of 1800 km2 national park “Hohe Tauern” is the second largest park in Europe. Many rare and thus protected species live here. During summer you can – with a little patience and good binoculars – observe them in their natural habitats which are either fragrant meadow in summer or icy fields of a rough landscape during winter. Please feel invited to join us in nature’s most diverse habitat, where Creation is perceptible.

In our valley it is very calm most of the time. Only sometimes you can hear a little “jingle-tinkle”. Will you find out where it comes from?
However, directly behind the house some "Haflinger" horses give company to some "Pongauer" cattle which proudly show their fluffy ears and happily swing their cowbells – but only during summer.

If you are looking for rest and recreation, if you want to obtain it in a comfortable and cozy place surrounded by amazing nature, if you want to let your children be children, and if you still don’t want to miss an interesting culture and a high standard of service, stop searching because you already found it: domicile Felix!
To put one better: your dog is allowed to come.
