Alpenresidenz, Residence of the Alps

The residence of the Alps is located at the beginning of Bad Gastein. We offer you beautiful and sunny apartments in various sizes between 30 and 50m2. Each apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, SAT-TV and radio.

We have studio apartments (which mean single room) as well as two room apartments with a balcony each. But the panorama view is always amazing, we guarantee. In front of the house there is sufficient parking space. In our very own “Skistall” you can put your ski equipment – it is a safe place and you can use our special skiboot-dryer.

Just 250m off the house there is a skibus stop as well as the tourism office. Thermal bath, Stubnerkogelbahn bringing you to different ski runs, and Gastein train station are only 900m away from your apartment.

Either you take the bus which takes you 2 minutes or you go by foot and have a nice 15-20min walk. Many restaurants, bars, a disco as well as a casino can be reached within 5-10minutes only!

The prices are quoted for the whole apartment per night, including the first Initial fitting-out supply of bed linen and towels, excluding tourism levy and final cleaning.

The Tourism Levy is 2,00 Euro per person per day (Children aged 15 or younger do not have to pay Tourism Levy.
The Final Cleaning of the apartment costs between 45,- and 55,- Euros (depending on occupancy)
